“Erin is an extremely insightful, empathetic and down-to-earth coach who has helped me navigate some difficult and challenging times over the last few years. Being able to process my own thoughts and emotions with her guidance has been invaluable. Erin asks just the right questions to challenge my thinking. She is a gifted listener and is able to reflect back to me what I’m thinking and feeling so I can make positive strides and move forward with peace and joy. From grief over losing loved ones, to navigating the tumultuous COVID-19 era, to building stronger relationships with far-away family members, I’m so grateful to have Erin as my confidant, accountability partner and cheerleader.”

— Janet

“Erin has a unique gift of being able to help others discover who they are, work through grief and sorrow, explore their personal strengths and talents, as well as understand how to truly feel different emotions. She uses art, music, meditation, poetry, scripture and other creative devices to teach, comfort, engage, unfold and encourage growth. Spending time with Erin is a sweet experience because she sees potential, goodness and strength and teaches me to see those things as well, and to use them for good in my life.”

— Ginger

“There's real time and then there's 'time with Erin time' -- it's like a vortex of awesomeness where you may not know how long you've been talking, but you definitely won't want it to stop. Working with Erin is a gift. It's like a long hug. A warm cup of coffee - with a kick. Erin is so kind, lovely and wise. After working with her I feel seen, heard and inspired. I also feel hilarious as she is a very generous giggler and audience.”

“For almost a year I have met with a “Cup of Kindness” group every Friday over Zoom led by Life Coach Erin Drez. I was invited to join by a friend when the COVID lockdown drove a lot of us to seek out some kind of connection and coping mechanism. What I found in this group was empathy, camaraderie, a place to process and honestly dig into what we were experiencing and how to move through it. Erin gently and expertly guides this group with readings, prayers, exercises, questions and a lot of patient listening. It has been a trying year in so many ways, but having a safe space and group of women to navigate it with has made all the difference. I don’t know how I would have gotten through 2020 and beyond without Erin’s group. I look forward to my Friday Cup of Kindness every week.”

FAQs

Can anyone sign up for Coaching?

Absolutely! Coaching is for everyone. It is about movement towards understanding, change, clarity and goals - whether that be in your personal or professional life.

Do you only work with individuals?

No! The bulk of my clients are one-on-one coaching but I also lead coaching groups that are focused around specific things like leadership, grief, self-care, spirituality, creativity, etc…

Do you ever work with companies or teams?

Yes! Coaching is a very powerful tool to use in the corporate world. If you lead a team, I will happily meet with you to discuss your goals/concerns and we can make a working plan from there. A healthy work environment is vital to employee satisfaction, loyalty and productivity.

Do I have to be an artist to work with you?

No! I am an artist and I encourage my clients to think creatively but I do not work solely with artists.

How often do we meet?

That depends on what your goals are and how quickly you want to move towards them. During our consultation meeting, we will discuss what brought you to coaching, what your specific needs are and together we will find a comfortable pace that works for you. That may be weekly, bi-monthly or monthly.

“Sometimes we have to let go of what we thought was beautiful in order to find something stunning!”

-Erin Drez
